Northern Albacore Belly in Olive Oil, Agromar

Agromar 115g The belly is the most appreciated part of the tuna for its pleasant flavor and texture.  The one from Agromar, due to its quality, can be consumed naturally, with its own olive oil.  It is a delicacy that should be treated as the main element of a dish.  Fished in a traditional way, with a freehand rod with the boat stopped, capturing the bonito one by one, thus maintaining all of its quality.  That same day they are taken to their workshop, where they carefully and lovingly prepare the bonito slices.     Made in Spain Gourmet always offers the Best of Spanish gastronomy.
