Forest honey is a natural product that comes mostly from excretions of plant-sucking insects present on the living parts of plants or from secretions from the living parts of plants. Origin: Our bees produce a select forest honey from the latest harvest, originally from Spain, to guarantee the exquisite flavour that characterises us. Forest honey comes mainly from the holm oak (Quercus ilex). It is produced from a honeydew secretion normally from holm oaks, but also from pines, firs, cork oaks and other shrubby plants in the months of August to September.
