Our journey began at the family dinner table – five people, five tastes, from three different continents around the globe, with a shared passion for flavour and a love of clean eating. Scouring the supermarket aisles, we wanted a sauce that would cut prep time in half and deliver a meal full of flavour, but all we found were products that lacked that zing we were craving. That’s what got us thinking! We pulled together a team of experts (whom we like to call our MAHI spiceologists!) to create a simple, natural alternative for those seeking a sauce that is the perfect balance between heat and flavour.
