A wild Gin, Gin Boréal is 100% organic and artisanal, distilled with 2 species of Forez fir: Douglas fir and fir White picked in Saint-Bonnet-le-Château (42). We combine these essences with juniper berries and a botanical bouquet based on coriander and mint peppery. A true forest flavor and explosion aromatic. It is appreciated in Gin Tonic with or without Spruce. Vintage 2022 limited edition of 696 bottles numbered. Distilled in a copper still.
