Our “Sélection Cru” cognacs are carefully selected by our cellar master from among the greatest cognac vintages. These particularly rare eaux-de-vie have waited several decades in cellars with ideal hydrometric conditions to guarantee our cognacs optimal aging. Round and silky, these aged cognacs will delight the finest connoisseurs. Les Fins Bois is the most extensive cognac vintage, renowned for its round and supple eaux-de-vie which age more quickly. It is in the heart of this particularly rich terroir that we went to unearth this true nectar which has improved over time for several decades. COGNAC HOUSE A. from VACQUEUR – Cru Selection Country - France – 100% Fins Bois Distillery - Distillerie de Malémont TAV - 47.40% vol. Aging - 33 years in French oak barrels (Tronçais) Visual examination - Nice amber color. Nose - On the nose, musky, vinous aromas (old Sémillon), with a waxy side coupled with acetic notes. Tasting - On the palate, a delicious attack, the first notes confirm this characteristic nose, with a predominance of nutmeg and liquorice.
