Juniper berry, orange blossom, bitter orange peel, raisin and kumquat are the main ingredients of our unique recipe. After a slow maceration, Koom Gin is distilled in a Charentais still in order to extract the best aromas and organoleptic characteristics. TASTING: Brilliant reflections are revealed from its lightly textured robe. Intensely fresh gin developing subtle aromas of citrus fruits and orange blossom mixed with fine peppery notes. An explosive palate where fruity notes of orange and kumquat are perfectly balanced with a slightly raised edge. The bitterness is delicate and well melted. To be enjoyed neat with an ice cube or in cocktails. As an aperitif, it will go perfectly with a distillery tonic with a few slices of kumquat. Koom is an organic gin offered in fully eco-responsible packaging. We have chosen a recycled glass bottle, a recycled cork stopper, a biosourced material sleeve, recycled paper labels with the utmost respect for the environment.
