Charcuterie Ader is a family business based in Trie sur Baïse (Hautes Pyrénées) since 1926; the company is managed by the 4th family generation and claims a craftsmanship based on "the Tradition of Homemade". We have a very wide range of dry, cooked and fresh charcuterie products intended for the Self Service, Fresh Packaged, Cut, and Organic departments. We obtained organic certification in 2013, our organic range repters over 30% of our general activity. Hervé Ader has been a Master Craftsman since 2011, we have obtained 14 medals at the Concours Général Agricole at the Salon de l'Agriculture since 2014. We work with French meats.
