Sandrine, creator of the aeterna brand, fell under the spell of the Occitanie region in 2016 and developed a passion for olive growing.
After a career of nearly 30 years in communications, she chose to undertake a professional reconversion towards this profession, which is full of meaning for a nature lover.
After several years of increasing skills, training and agricultural internships, she produced her first harvest in 2020 and created a collection of 100% French extra virgin olive oils, which she uses in organic farming.
It ensures the entire production and guarantees 100% traceability of its oils. She is also a miller during the harvest season and has been making these exceptional juices herself for the past 3 years.
After three years, 2022, 2023 and 2024, rich in medals (Brignoles Fair, AVPA Competition, Epicures Prize), 2025 is a great harvest year with very aromatic and characterful olive juices.
