Evidence 01 - ORGANIC Single Malt Whiskey

EVIDENCE Single Malt is made with local organic barley. It is made with double distillation in traditional copper stills. This is followed by a long aging in old organic cognac barrels and a final assembly in barrels of a prestigious Pauillac wine.     Nose: fruity and delicious - Dried fruits, compotes, baked peaches, cooked apples.
 Taste: Silky - Dark chocolate, nutmeg, maple syrup, tea leaves.
 Finale: Persistent and generous - Fruity and opulent notes. 43% - 70CL
