It is distilled in a traditional copper still in the Spirits Valley, before being reduced with pure water from the Gensac-la-Pallue spring.  Creamy nose of fresh cane juice. É balanced on the palate, notes of sweet orange, pear, jasmine flower and almond. 40% - BIB 5L
