 Carefully prepared by hand, Monsieur Fernand Whiskey is made from ORGANIC malted barley.
 It is distilled in a traditional Charente still before being aged in old cognac barrels.
 A finish is made in old Pineau des Charentes barrels before being reduced with water from the local source of Gensac-La-Pallue.
