Monsieur Fernand Whiskey - 70cl

Monsieur Fernand Whiskey is 100% organic and French. This Monsieur comes from 100% French and ORGANIC malted barley, harvested as much as possible locally. After malting, brewing and fermentation, the resulting mash is distilled in a traditional copper still in Spirits Valley. The tasty and fragrant malt brandy (floral, fruity, toasted) is aged for a minimum of 4 years first in old organic Cognac barrels which provide woody and spicy notes. Monsieur Fernand Whiskey achieves a twist thanks to a finish in old organic Pineau des Charentes barrels for a few months, before being reduced to pure water from Gensac-la-pallue (near Cognac). Nose: floral of honeysuckle, pore, honey, vanilla, prunes. Mouth: finesse and indulgence, creamy text Finish: beautiful length, opulent and harmonious. Tasting advice: neat, on ice, in cocktails.
