Find in this Premium Whiskey Pack: 6 bottles of Monsieur Fernand Whiskey 6 bottles of Évidence Whiskey 01 => Recommended retail price presented below = the average unit selling price (average of the selling prices of a bottle of Monsieur Fernand Whiskey and a bottle of Évidence Whiskey 01).    MR FERNAND WHISKEY: Monsieur Fernand Whiskey is 100% organic and French.   This Whiskey comes from 100% French and ORGANIC malted barley, harvested as much as possible locally.                                        After malting, brewing and fermentation, the resulting mash is distilled in a traditional copper still in Spirits Valley.                                        The tasty and fragrant malt brandy (floral, fruity, toasted) is aged for a minimum of 4 years first in old organic Cognac barrels which provide woody and spicy notes.                                        Monsieur Fernand Whiskey achieves a twist thanks to a finish in old organic Pineau des Charentes barrels for a few months, before being reduced to pure water from Gensac-la-pallue (near Cognac).  Nose: floral of honeysuckle, pore, honey, vanilla, prunes.  Mouth: finesse and indulgence, creamy text Finish: beautiful length, opulent and harmonious. EVIDENCE WHISKEY 01: EVIDENCE Single Malt is made with local organic barley.                                        It is made with double distillation in traditional copper stills.                                        This is followed by a long aging in old organic cognac barrels and a final assembly in barrels of a prestigious Pauillac wine.     Nose: fruity and delicious - Dried fruits, compotes, baked peaches, cooked apples.  Taste: Silky - Dark chocolate, nutmeg, maple syrup, tea leaves.  Finale: Persistent and generous - Fruity and opulent notes. 43% - 70cl
