Since 2019, Maison Aubert lemonades have experienced a new beginning since the 6th generation of lemonadiers decided to relaunch the family business which ended in 1993.
It was at the end of the 19th century that the family history began; Jules Aubert then began making lemonades at L’Hôtel d’Alfonce in Pézenas (Occitanie); and with the success of its drinks, the family will develop there for 4 generations with numerous distinctions, gold medals and diplomas of honor.
This renaissance combines modernity and authenticity: the spirit and taste of the lemonades of yesteryear have been preserved but the recipes have been adapted to offer drinks "more in tune with the times": less sweet, certified organic and offering a range more diverse.
