In search of the best craftsmen, Benjamin Kuentz explores the four corners of France and meets men and women, grain farmers and distillers, who work with passion and ethics. At the end of these meetings, he invites them to express their sensitivity to create contemporary, real and elegant French whiskeys, all with a unique and strong personality.
His starting point is the detailed writing of the aromatics of the whiskeys he wishes to create (the nose, the mouth, the finish). Then, a work of assembly, refining or aging is carried out with a partner distillery which it selects according to the aromatic sought for its recipe.
The result: a complementary range of exceptional whiskeys made in France.
