Established on a Haut-Alpine farm for 4 generations, in the heart of the Provencal Baronnies and its sunny mountains, the desire was born to give another meaning to our productions. It was from our workshop in the farmhouse that Clémence, a former cook, joined forces with her father, a farmer, to develop a 100% French pasta production!
We have combined our know-how: the culinary and agricultural world, in order to be able to offer a range of quality pasta, designed according to the art of Italian pasta!
We select cereals and semolina for their qualities, we extrude the pasta through bronze molds and dry it slowly, at low temperatures to provide our pasta with optimal quality.
