A very creamy preparation. The artichoke is very present, refreshed by the lemon, softened by the almond. Millac gray salt, a little wild Madagascar pepper. Nothing but panache... Smooth and creamy texture. To devour solo with a spoon! Or with a nice Serrano, and some capers, or some beautiful green asparagus… Best consumed a little chilled.
