Spreadable - EGGPLANT, SESAME & CUMIN - Small aperitif pots

Soft eggplants, tickled by just roasted sesame seeds, a note of garlic, cumin, paprika,... Ahhhh the Mediterranean! Smooth and semi-thick texture. Very nice friendship with the falafels of Yasser, our favorite Lebanese, at the Sunday market of the Saint Aubin church in Toulouse... Best consumed a little chilled.
