Carrés de Choc offers in its collection this delicious bar of 70% cocoa, organic and fair trade chocolate with bits of salted butter caramel. 

The caramel is made from organic butter from Normandy made with the good milk of our French cows and the salt comes directly from the salt pans of Guérande. 

When tasting, the roundness of the dark chocolate invades the palate and the bits of caramel bring a delicious and crispy note. The Workshop: From dawn, in the hustle and bustle of our little workshop, scents of cocoa, citrus fruits, lemon verbena and peppermint mingle!
