Taste escape: This 70% Dark Chocolate & Fleur de Sel recipe was made from a blend of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic and Peru on which we sprinkled fleur de sel harvested by hand on the Ile de Ré . 

With a harmoniously balanced cocoa content, fleur de sel subtly reveals the deliciousness of this chocolate.
