Maison Boutarin is a story of land, passion and family. Stéphane produces IGP white garlic from the Drôme and Fanny transforms it into an exceptional gourmet product!
This transformation from white to black is done thanks to a 30-day maturation at low temperature, a specific know-how certified by the masters of Japanese black garlic. The garlic gets a charcoal black color, has a melting texture and a delicate taste with aromas of candied fruit, licorice and balsamic vinegar.
Thanks to its unique taste qualities, our black garlic is used by great French Chefs. It will sublimate your dishes, from aperitif to dessert!
