Black Garlic (1 head yellow bag)

A head of black garlic in a beautiful bag to preserve all its taste qualities.             Black garlic head is 100% PGI white garlic from Drôme transformed by long cooking.  Cooking carried out at low temperature, without additives or preservatives.  This gives black garlic a delicate, subtle taste and a melting texture.             A recommended product to offer and share.             Our black garlic won the Epicure d'Or in 2018 at the Monde de L'Epicerie Fine competition.   Use : Its lightly roasted fragrance with aromas of candied fruit, licorice, undergrowth and balsamic vinegar will enhance all your dishes, from aperitif to dessert.             Conservation : Store at room temperature and protect from light.  After opening, leave in its tightly closed packaging and do not refrigerate.
