Lemon Thyme is a syrupy. Digestive alcohol from the maceration of lemon thyme in alcohol. Lemon thyme is grown by us, on our land, in organic farming. Organic farming is done with few organic fertilizers and a reasoned management of irrigation to obtain an optimal rate of thymol and linalool. During the tasting, thanks to the essential oil extracted in wine alcohol, you will find an astonishing and balanced taste between thyme and lemon. The aroma of this plant is powerful and very long in the mouth which will remind you of the sun of Provence and the fields of thyme. The color, initially cloudy green, will change over time. Indeed, this drink is unfiltered to preserve its flavors. This liquor has a 31%/vol. content, so it can be drunk as a digestive or an aperitif. This drink, to be served very cold, facilitates digestion after a good meal. This product draws its flavors from the essential oil: for optimal tasting, it should be consumed within six months.
