Organic Gin

Gin is a spirit. It comes from the maceration and then the distillation of juniper berries and coriander seeds. The plants used come from organic farming carried out by us on our land. During the tasting, thanks to the flavor of the precisely dosed mixture of plants, you will feel an aromatic power specific to Gin with the very present notes of juniper and coriander. Due to the distillation, the gin is transparent, it can become a little opaque over time. This spirit has a 45%/vol. content, so it can be drunk well chilled in a cocktail as an aperitif or as a digestive. This drink should be stored at room temperature, away from light. The Gin has its own cocktail, easy to make, the Gin Tonic: 4 cl of Gin, 10 cl of tonic, 1 slice of lemon, a few ice cubes and a few coriander leaves.
