Bigaradier vermouth

The Bigaradier is a vermouth. It is a blend of citrus zest and vanilla in rosé wine. The citrus fruits come from producers in Sicily under the AB label. During the tasting, thanks to the essential oil of the bitter orange, you will feel a slight bitterness, counterbalanced by the acidity of the lemon zest and the roundness of the vanilla. Its orange color will change little over time. Indeed, this drink is unfiltered to preserve its flavors. This drink is 21% / vol., so it can be drunk as an aperitif or digestive. This drink, for an optimal taste, is to be served very cold. The Bigaradier has its own cocktail, easy to make: 7 cl of Bigaradier, 10 cl of sparkling water, 5 cl of Prosecco or crémant, 1 slice of lemon or orange and a few mint leaves. This product draws its flavors from the essential oil: for optimal tasting, it should be consumed within six months.
