Sour Vermouth

Surette is a vermouth. It comes from the maceration of black elderflowers in white wine. The elderflowers come from picking on the edge of the Chablais fields. During the tasting, thanks to the flavor of the elderflowers, you will feel an opulence and a gluttony in the mouth, supported by the addition of an acacia honey produced by our hives. This drink contains 21% / vol., it can therefore be drunk both as an aperitif and as a digestive.
