Natural Syrah Wine

Syrah is our natural wine without sulfite, without filtering, without fining.

So let's discover my roots... 

I was born in a small village in the south: Portel des Corbières. 

The grapes I produce are grown with deep respect for the vine and the natural environment. 

My grape variety is Syrah, giving a tannic and blackberry wine.   During the winter, Leslie and Loîc came to carefully prune the old goblet vines.   Throughout the year, Baptiste and his team on site aged the grain to prevent crop diseases through natural treatments.   When the time came for the harvest, Loic and a group of happy pickers came to harvest the berries by hand. 

Once this work was completed, an expedition was organized to bring the fruit of the harvest back to Thonon-les-Bains, where my youth took shape!   Once I cleansed myself of my youthful imperfections, I was finally able to be bottled for the delight of the curious, bon vivants and tasters of all kinds...
