We transform the DUROC breed to highlight our breeder's know-how through delicatessen products with artisanal know-how and a family history in each of the recipes (granny pink, grandpa jean, grandpa marcel, oscar, etc.) Rillettes with cider, chorizo, truffles, porcini mushrooms…as well as sausage (silver medal at the CGA Paris 2022 and 2020).
We are concerned about the well-being of our animals, we feed them with our own cereals (corn, barley, wheat) a maternity area with optimum comfort has been set up and care without antibiotics is provided to them.
We are committed to raising our animals with passion and love of the profession in order to sublimate them in quality products.
