Our House has specialized for 20 years in the manufacture of salted butter caramel with Guérande salt.
Our artisanal quality delicacies are prepared in accordance with the Breton culinary tradition thanks to the know-how of our Caramelier Masters, with a manual production method, and slow cooking in a cauldron.
