El Cabestano Ambré is an organic rum resulting from a double distillation and aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. The aging barrel was chosen with great care. This is a barrel that has contained an Organic AOP Loupiac Sweet Wine from a Château located 5 km from our Distillery. El Cabestano Ambré is a tasting rum with a golden color. Its singular aging gives it a powerful aromatic palette, a beautiful sweetness and intense notes of caramel and vanilla.
