El Cabestano - Organic white rum

El Cabestano is an Organic White Rum made from Cuban cane molasses. After three weeks of fermentation, and keeping cold, the must was slowly distilled twice. The so-called “repass” distillation was carried out using our two all-copper stills (Pot Still and Cognaçais). El Cabestano - Tasting rum - reveals a delicate aroma of smoked caramel, almost roasted, which gives us an incredible length in the mouth. It is round and offers us superb notes of roasted pineapple, banana flambée and vanilla. El Cabestano invites us to travel, to the sun and to gluttony... None
