Spirit of Beer - Organic Beer Brandy

This organic beer brandy is the result of double distillation. It was made in a traditional copper still in a Cognac-style bain-marie known as “à repasse”. This beer spirit was developed with respect for ancestral know-how. We distill our craft beers, themselves brewed on site with choice raw materials (pure organic malts and hops) guaranteeing excellent organoleptic qualities.
