The White Brown 33cl

This white, newly renamed "Blanche-Brune" is a craft beer of the Dunkelweizen type (dark wheat beer). Unfiltered, unpasteurised, it is refermented in the bottle. Wheat malt offers smoothness and freshness. The kilned barley malts give off aromas of caramel and chocolate as well as flavors of toast. They also give this unique white its brown color with orange reflections. Yeasts develop banana esters. The hops bring us aromas of white fruit, mango and passion fruit.
