The blonde 75cl

This blonde is an artisanal beer for laying down, top fermentation, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. Its slightly kilned malt offers aromas of caramel and honey. Subtly hoppy, it is refreshing and exalts sweet herbaceous, fruity and citrus notes. It is a living product thanks to the natural lees present at the bottom of the bottle but also a tasting beverage without additives that we have taken the time to develop and let mature in order to enhance all the aromas.
