Maison Charaix continues the tradition of Macarons de Joyeuse, the first Macarons in France since 1581.
It was Catherine de Medici who brought this recipe from Italy on the occasion of the Duke of Joyeuse's wedding in 1581.
Since then, at Maison Charaix, we have carried on this tradition by making this secret recipe, always with the same ingredients, all natural.
The House also offers its delicious artisanal chestnut products from Ardèche.
