Honey from France Tradition 425g

The flowers that light up the beaches like those that line the Landes forests make up our honey. Ash heather, calluna, buckthorn but also Landes pines and arbutus combine their woody, floral and tangy flavors for a honey with a unique taste. And that changes with the seasons! Ideal for sweetening dairy products as well as for tasting on beautiful slices of bread. A 100% natural honey? Yes ! A honey that respects ancestral beekeeping traditions. Our hives are moved according to the seasons and our honey is always packaged in our production unit at Gué d'Alleré. It is cold extracted, left to mature for a long time before being potted and of course unpasteurized in order to preserve all its nutritional qualities. Remember that honey can be stored at room temperature. It is strongly advised not to put it in the refrigerator at the risk of precipitating its crystallization and its shelf life.
