Honey from the Loire and Charentes 425g

There are different varieties of honey. Flower honey is said to be polyfloral because of the bees that collect nectar from several types of flowers: the fragrance is enriched, but the aromas remain soft and deliciously sweet. This honey, so sweet, is spring in a teaspoon, a real delight! A delicate straw color, a pleasant soft texture: this honey successfully combines the sweetness of Poitiers with the Mediterranean eloquence of the Charente coast. Beekeepers and producers ourselves, we also work in collaboration with other beekeepers, particularly in Vendée. Long know-how (4 generations!)was sent to us, allowing us to choose only excellent honeys which we take home before integrating them into our collection of flavors.
