Nestled in the hollow of the woods of Saint-Brice near Cognac, the house Dâme (formerly Dame de Pique) was created in 2016 by Romuald Vincent on the ruins of an old family production. Its objective: to bring about the most harmonious combinations by enhancing the aromas and active ingredients of medicinal plants harvested locally to restore all the benefits of Nature in the long tradition of the village.
The House is thus working to bring back to life exceptional forgotten spirits, in particular the famous seasonal vermouths from the Abbaye de Châtres or the Dame de Pique wild sloe wine, while at the same time developing innovative artisanal creations capable of meet the expectations of new consumers.
