It was in the 1950s, in Provence, that the Maison Dessis was created. Established in the Vaucluse within the famous "Enclave des Papes", this human-sized family structure has always specialized in the trade of fresh truffles. Today, Clément Dessis, third generation of the family, diversifies the family activity by making the bet of associating the black truffle of Provence with local products, selected from local producers. Thanks to quality creations and innovative recipes, Maison Dessis offers an original range of gourmet products, exclusively made with black winter truffles.
