Our shortbread with shards of salted butter caramel from Isigny crunches under the tooth before melting in the mouth. It is made by hand with PDO butter, Label Rouge free-range eggs from Loué, sugar from Hauts de France, Tradition flour from Eure-et-Loir and a pinch of salt. Presented in a 115g cardboard box, with a white paper bag inside.
