It's made with 100% natural ingredients: PDO butter from Charentes, free-range eggs from Loué, hazelnuts, local flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Presented in a 115g cardboard case, with a white paper bag inside. Our shortbreads are all made with passion in our artisanal workshop in Sablé-sur-Sarthe.
