This is a wine from Chateau Moulin de Peyronin The court bouillon is cooked slowly, to keep the tenderness of our snails and their flavors. This non-calibrated format is perfect for stuffing gougères, vol-au-vents, for risottos or stir-fries... After opening, our snails are ready to be seasoned to your liking.
