Maison Dupont is an artisanal mustard-vinegar factory, founded by the Dupont family in Normandy.
Master Craftsman Mustard-Vinegar Maker, we are reviving this passionate profession in a committed approach driven by culinary creativity.
We produce our mustards from French mustard seeds. Since our beginnings, we have been relocating agricultural production of mustard seeds to Normandy.
All our products are made by us at the mustard factory. We practice long fermentations and work with a stone mill. Here, we do not simply practice the flavoring of industrial mustards!!
Our recipes develop a balanced aromatic note with a temperate spiciness and a round, fruity acidity carried by the cider vinegar.
Our Art-Déco visual identity illustrates what we are: authenticity, elegance and accessible.
