In 2005, Didier Goubet, agronomist, started from the observation that there is no quality alcohol-free alternative to French wines and Champagnes, likely to go well with refined dishes.
He then launched the concept of a special alcohol-free and ORGANIC Cuvée, from noble grape varieties and Bordeaux vineyards, developed on the same demanding production criteria as the Grands Crus.

Our Merlot, Cabernet and Sémillon cuvées are certified 100% alcohol-free and ORGANIC, vegan, artisanal, without sulphites or synthetic chemicals and without added sugar.
The finesse, elegance and aromatic power of our unfermented single-variety cuvées come from the choice of prestigious vineyards, the rigorous selection of plots of old vines, careful harvesting and low yields.
