Thin and elegant Blanche d´Alambic® is a cider eau-de-vie obtained by the distillation of ciders from Normandy. Blanche d'Alambic® reveals very pleasant aromas of apples, as well as a nose of cider. It can be enjoyed fresh and thus reveals elegant aromas of fresh apple with a delicate roundness. It is also used in mixology for the preparation of fresh and fruity cocktails.
