This floral and fruity Calvados is aged for a minimum of 12 years in oak barrels. The challenge is to obtain the perfect balance between fruit and wood, finesse and complexity, roundness and power. Maison Hérout's ambition is to reveal the primary aromas of its AOC Calvados, working on freshness and finesse, without artificial coloring.
