Arranged Rum Pineapple - Tonka

A variant of our famous Pineapple - Vanilla for those who wish to explore new horizons. Our tonka beans from the Amazon come from a rigorous selection that allows us to keep only the largest, the rarest quality. The beans are split to allow them to release their notes of caramel, vanilla and coffee. In combination with pineapple and an agricultural rum from Guadeloupe, they work wonders. Appearance: Warm, yellow at the start of maceration, tending towards orange over time. On the nose: The sweetness of pineapple and the aromas of caramel released by the tonka bean. In the mouth: At first, we find the sweet and sensual notes of the tonka bean, then the sweetness of the pineapple takes place and gives a gourmet finish well known from our French terroir. 70cl / 30°Alc.
