In 1885, Louis Jonquier worked in his studio. With his pharmacy friend from the Cercle Epicurien d'Ollioulles, he tries to work on the recipe for White Nougat and Black Nougat. These Provençal dexu nougats must be found on the table of the thirteen desserts. A Christmas tradition which means that on Christmas Eve, we get together as a family to share 13 Desserts. 135 years later, the same family is continuing this quality recipe in order to best serve gourmets who will taste this confectionery by tradition or more simply for pleasure.
