Alcohol-free, this nougat captures the unique aroma of pastis thanks to a clever blend of star anise and star anise. A wind of Provence blows over every bite. Each bite combines the typical softness of nougat with the rustic texture of dried fruit. It’s a subtle balance between soft and crunchy, which makes this original nougat as pleasant on the palate as it is unexpected.
