In this box, discover a fine selection of 36 fragrant, infused and spicy ganaches from chef Maxime Lallemand, including our historic Nanah mint tea ganache from Morocco, but also Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, pink peppercorns from Reunion Island, Earl Gray tea, sweet spices or Fir needle. Homemade Our House makes chocolate from the cocoa bean. We select our beans around the world before processing them in our Manufacture in Pézenas using traditional artisanal manufacturing methods. Every day we taste, try, adapt, balance, work our recipes again and again, striving to keep the same quality and freshness in our products. With this box, we offer you the best of chocolate, thus carrying out all of its traditional production from family recipes for 4 generations.
